Why is my iOS login not working?

There are a few reasons why the login may not be working.

1. Check to make sure you are using the correct app. 
2. Make sure you have typed in the correct characters (e.g., using O instead of a 0). 
3.  If the app was already activated in the past on a separate iPad, it may need to be reset to make it useable again.
